Anyone using LEDA with Visual C++ 4.0?

If you are using LEDA (any version, but I am using 3.3R) with Visual C++
4.0 successfully, I'd like to hear from you. I have some problem with the
parameterized data types. It seems that VC4.0 doesn't like implict
conversion from a non-const variable or pointer (GenPtr) to a const. I
think the problem is fixable by using different macros for LEDA_ACCESS,
LEDA_COPY, LEDA_CLEAR, etc., but so far my experimentation has not
worked. Thanks in advance.
