I added a 'used_memory()' into the string that prints k and |T| while the map labing demo program is running, and watched as the program labeled 50 random points, the used_memory grew to 20879504 bytes? Is this a UNIX memory management problem? Or is there a bug in the code? Or does it really take ~20 Meg to label 50 points? I am trying to extend this code to label ~1000 points - and I am running into a severe memory problem. Is there any code out there that will label ~1000 points? Thank you, Wm.
