I have installed Borland C++ V4.0 under Win95 on my 486, 100 MHz computer and 
occasionally loose the vert and hor scroll bars in the IDE. Has anyone else had 
this problem and if so, how did you solve the problem, if you solved it at all!

I appreciate any responses. Thanks in advance...Mike
