Can anyone tell me the ftp site that contains the source from
Coplien's book? I retrieved it a while ago, but lost it since.
Thanks in advance.

According to the page previous to the Preface, you should be able to
ftp it from research.att.com using the login - netlib - and your email
address as the password. I have not tried this however.
