Recommend book on portable C?

I am aware of a number of books written on writing portable C.

Does anyone have any opinions regarding any particular books.

I am recommending such a book/reference as required reading for a
development team. The idea is that programmers whom already know C
need a set of references which they can use as a "portable C"
authority.

I would appreciate any opinions.

 I found Les Hatton's "Safer C" (1995) especially good. It's focus is
on avoiding the use of undefined or implementation specific features
of the C language. Andrew Koenig's "C Traps and Pitfalls" is also an
interesting read.

K&R2 is a very good book about writing portable C.

Definitely: "Writing Solid Code" by Steve Maguire. He changed the way
I write code. (The book is entirely about C by the way - though of
course the same principles apply to other languages.)

I haven't read it but would O'Reilly's "Porting UNIX Software" apply
here?
