We are currently soliciting resumes for 3 new positions to be filled
in the first quarter of 1997.  These positions are anticipated to be
approved in the next 2 or 3 weeks with start dates between Jan 1 and
Feb 15 of 1997.

The following positions will be available:

Software Engineer
Programmer/Analyst
Technical Writer

These are full time, on site positions


Software Engineer

Requirements: 2-4 years Windows programming experience.  Experience
with Clarion products, preferably Clarion for Windows. Must work well
as part of a team. Ability to utilise templates as well as hand code.
Must be able to handle full cycle of product development from
functional spec, to technical spec, to coding to implementation. BS/BA
preferred but not required.

Salary Range: 30-45K DOE



Programmer/Analyst

Requirements: 1-3 years Windows programming experience, preferably
with Clarion for Windows.  Must work well as part of team. BS/BA
preferred but not required.

Salary Range: 25-35K DOE



Technical Writer

Requirements: 2-4 years experience developing functional and technical
specs, working with users to develop needs assessments, and drafting
technical documentation.  Must be able to work well as part of a team.
Must be able to work and schedule time across one or more projects.
Some Windows programming experience desired, preferably with Clarion
for Windows. BS/BA preferred but not required.

Successful applicants will work as part of a small (less than 10) team
of in-house developers at one of the top 5 companies in its industry.
Corporate environment is relaxed, dress code is corporate very casual
with blue jean Fridays, flexible work schedules, top notch equipment,
challenging work, and an easy to get along with boss.  Corporate
offices are located in scenic Pensacola, FL. -  Cost of living is low,
crime is low, sun index is high. Major drawback is that the monthly
team planning sessions will sometimes be held at the beach and the
surf and gulf breezes are very, very distracting <g>.
