(2) Senior Programmer Analysts - Mainframe

Position Description:
This individual will work perform multiple functions within our
client�s Custody Delivery Group which is responsible for developing
new client delivery systems, enhancing and re-engineering existing
systems, and providing production support for those systems. The
position requires translation of user requirements and system
objectives into logical, efficient, and practical system designs,
preparation of detailed file, and program specifications from which
new systems will be developed and existing systems will be modified.
Development of code and testing new or revised systems to ensure
adequacy in meeting business requirements, security of data, and
efficient use of resources. This position also involves production
support of existing custody delivery Systems to ensure accurate and
timely completion of client deliverables.

Qualifications:
�5-7 years of COBOL programming experience in an IBM mainframe, OS/MV
S environment.
�Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF and OS/JCL.
�2-4 years of Global Custody, Investment Banking, or financial
applications programming experience.
�5-7 years of experience in the analysis and design of both new and
modified system applications.
�Strong analytical, design and trouble shooting skills.
�Knowledge of NDM and File Aid; Project Workbench is a plus.
�An A.S. or B.S., preferably in Management Information Systems or
Computer Science. Equivalent technical experience or specialized
training is acceptable.

Position Responsibilities:
� Develop detailed specifications for the creation of new or modified
programs, including the recommendations of logical designs and
record/report layouts.
� Design program logic to perform required functions efficiently and
to produce programs that are reliable and easily maintained.
� Develop and execute unit and system test plans that will thoroughly
exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance with
regard to business requirements and system integration.
� Prepare all supporting documentation as required; e.g., Functional
Specifications, Runbooks, Production Move Forms, and User
Documentation.
