I find myself regularily using my SPF PC editor again, with no end in
sight. My last version is SPF/2 version 2.0.E. After doing some
research on the web, it appears the common opinion is that SPF/PC
version 4 is the best. Any one know where I might be able to find/buy
a copy? I've looked, but haven't had any luck. I admit I didn't look
on ebay yet, but will tonight when I get home (can't access from work).
I'm not trying to be a leech and get it free, I'm willing to buy it
outright.

Also, I found an old post from March 21, 2004 on the group
bit.listerv.ibm-main:

>I have recovered CTC's final patch for SPF/PC V4 (406-7.ZIP) from backup
>tape and have emailed it to those who requested it via the list.
>
>If anyone else wants a copy of this patch (fixes passing parms to REXX),
>please let me know offline. Thanks.
>
>Chris Poncelet
>Computer Associates

I wrote to Chris from his posting email, but it was indeed old and
bounced. Does anyone have this patch that they could forward to me
(for if/when I am able to track down the software)? Thanks much,

Joe (joemagiera at ameritech dot net)
