The next meeting of the Colorado Eiffel User's Group will take place on Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 pm. Agenda: Planning For the New Year Overview of the CEUG Open Source project MAS Demonstration For 2003, the CEUG hopes to host public speakers, take presentations about Eiffel to other user's groups within the Denver Metro area, and to hold presentations within the group on a variety of Eiffel-related topics. We also plan to continue working on the CEUG Open Source Project. CEUG started a wrapper library for the Simple DirectMedia Layer, a popular multiplatform toolkit for game development. At the Holiday party last month, Steve Thompson demonstrated an Eiffel SDL application using 2D graphics and animation. You don't have to be a Colorado resident to participate in the CEUG Open Source Project. If you are interested in participating, more information about the project is below. The MAS, or Market Analysis System, is an Open Source financial analysis tool, implemented in Eiffel, Java and Python. Jim will be demonstrating MAS for the group.
