Does anyone out there know how to get Fortran to display 256 colours? I
intend to convert a gif file to pcx format and import it in. The
problem is, the user's manual only specifies 16 colours for vga mode.I'm
using the salford compiler (ftn77/286 ver 2.65). The manual also said
something about a configdb file but I'm not sure how it works. I tried
using the subrountine high_resolution_graphics_mode but it doesn't seem
to work either. Can someone please help? I need the information urgently
as I have a project to hand up.
Thank you.
