Simon Peyton Jones posted a note about accessing what looks to be a very
interesting paper via FTP from ftp.dcs.glasgow.ac.uk.  For some reason, we
can't reach that address from here.  Is there a US site that archives 
Glasgow's pub/glasgow-fp  files?  Or do I need to use a different address?
Any information would be helpful.
