need `ML for Working Programmer'

I have just been told by a representative of Cambridge University
Press that the _entire_ printing of `ML for the Working Programmer'
has been "frozen" indefinitely (i.e. they're not shipping and they
don't know why or when they'll ship again). Does anyone know why or for
how long they'll be unavailable? I was planning on using it for one of
my texts this term; can anyone suggest a bookstore that might have
a few copies and be willing to ship? Thanks.
