SML on RiscOS5.0 with R4000

I'm looking for the implementation of Standard ML on
RiscOS5.0 with R4000 cpu.  The binary complied under
RiscOS4.52 works fine on RiscOS5.0 with R3000 cpu.
But with R4000, when I try to "use" a file, it says:

strange floating point error, 3584

(The version of SML I tried is:
     Standard ML of New Jeresey, Version 75, November 11,1991)

Please let me know if there is any site where I can get a
patch or whatever information.
