This is a message from John Hughes, program chair of FPCA '91, for anyone
who has submitted a paper to the conference.

You may well have made a note of my email address, rjmh@cs.glasgow.ac.uk.
Mail to this address will work for a while, but in future my address will
be rjmh@dcs.glasgow.ac.uk. The new address should already be valid.

My apologies that this change wasn't advertised in the call for papers.
I have just received two days notice of it myself.
