I am looking for papers/thesis/article on concurrent ML (cml). Interested
in functional language and parallelism, I am interested in knowing wether
any research is being done in this area. If so, how to get the relevant 
materail.

The PhD thesis of John Hamilton Reppy describes CML.
It is titled "High-Order Concurrency".
It might be available as a tech report from Cornell U.
Dept of Computer Science, Ithaca, NY.  Published
June 1992, number 92-1285.
