The term has begun, and my course in functional programming, which
uses Bird and Wadler: Introduction to Functional Programming, has
about 50 people rather than the 40 I judged to be max. I need
about 10 more copies of the text.

Yes, I know about bookstores. But Prentice-Hall now lists B&W as 'out
of print' in the U.S., and its warehouse is empty. (My local P-H
salesman has been very helpful in checking things out.) Additional
copies will have to come from England with either a three week delay or
a premium price.

Any pointers to bookstores with multiple copies would be much
appreciated! We need texts right now!
