Socket performance problem on JDK1.3 - Is someone know where I can get Bruce Chapman's Poller service

Hi all,

    There a performance problem with the socket implementation in JDK1.3
as documented in the followin bug

The only available solution for now seems to use the Bruce Chapman's
Poller service or interace, which is Solaris-specific and uses JNI to
access the Solairis poll system call.

I ran several searchs over the web: java sites, copernic, dejanews,
goodle, etc. and haven't found a clue about the place
i can get this code.

Any help or alternative will be appreciate.
