REQUIREMENTS: 
Candidates must have working knowledge of Windows 95 or 98
Knowledge of PC hardware will qualify you for Computer hardware projects
Knowledge of Internet will qualify you for ISP support
Knowledge of DOS is a big plus
Knowledge of MS Office is a plus

Candidates must be customer service oriented
Candidates must be flexible as to schedule

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Candidates will be professionally trained to support major computer 
hardware manufacturers, software manufacturers, internet service 
providers and electronic equipment.  

Candidates will field telephone calls and trouble shoot problems and 
provide solutions to the callers
