DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The person will provide technical support for the company's toolkit which is coded separately in C++ and Java.  Target platforms for 
both are NT, HP/UX, AIX and Solaris.   The toolkit is a class and function library that proides an on-line interface to the company's 
Banking, Bill Payment, and Bill Presentment central server.  The company delivers the toolkit to Financial Institutions and to Billers 
to integrate  into their electronic commerce applications.   

The new employee will talk to technical users on the phone to help them.  He/She will also participate in requirements and design 
reviews of future enhancements to the toolkit and will have requirements to code.
