Start by not posting graphics in a text-only newsgroup. That way, the people who cannot see graphics won't be left out. If you don't "have a clue" about how to proceed, what good would it do to post a technical description of the solution? Also, because credit card numbers are involved, an ordinary Web solution is not remotely adequate, and a secure solution requires a very high degree of skill to accomplish it in a way that there are no loopholes for hackers to exploit.
