Hi I dont know if this is the right newsgroup, I searched for "Layers" and couldnt find a group. I have a page at: http://www.internoodle.com/kermit/kermit111.asp You will notice a Layer that is an image that flys across the screen. Problem: The image flies BEHIND the Java Applet. How do I make the image fly in FRONT of the Java Applet, and is this possible with layers? Many thanks for help.

Yes, thats right - it wasn't thought a problem when the browser specs were first made! <applet> and form <select> or <radio> tags all 'show through' your layers and divs! Why Ms and NS etc haven't fixed this in nearly ten years we can't imagine!
