I am writing an applet and I want to create a small popup Window (sort
of like a toolTip) but whenever I do this the Window has a warning-
string attached to it.  How do I get rid of the warning-string?  I know
this must be possible because the Swing class WindowPopup (used by
ToolTipManager) accomplished this.
