JNI through Borland 5.1
#251

Dear friends,

I have tried to compile a project which uses Java Native methods
Invocation using Borland 5.1. As it happens proper building requires
inclusion of jni.h from the jdk1.1.4 include directory. However, this
file includes itself jni_md.h which has the following type definition:

typedef __int64 jlong;

upon which the Borland compiler responds with (, expected). Since this
is a Microsoft type declaration I wonder if anyone has figured a way to
by-pass it. (I've tried MFC compatibility option for the project but it
didn't work)

Thanx for any help,

Kostas

P.S. If you answer by e-mail pls. be kind enough to edit the _NO_SPAM
out of my address.

This wasn't added until BC++ 5.02. :(
