I have an applet that displays a number of charts on a time axis. The
default locale is PST (Pacific Standard Time), but I want it to be
GMT.

I have tried to change the 'Regional Settings' in my Control Panel,
and to frig some code but it doesn't work.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

Steve.
