We are looking to add another Java security developer to
our engineering staff. WebLogic is the oldest
independent Java startup (since mid-95) located in San
Francisco, and the producers of Tengah, the leading Java
Application Server. If you're thinking about applying for
this position, you should:

1. understand the math involved, or have the background
necessary to understand the math involved.

2. understand SSL, JCE, JSAFE, java.security.*,
the java 1.2 security model, and SecurityManagers, or
be able to demonstrate that you COULD understand these.

lots of java experience with some security experience
is ok, and lots of security experience with some java
experience is ok.
