In a frame, go to full screen from a menucontext

Hello to everybody. My problem is the next:

In my page I have 3 frames, in one of its I have a menucontext
javascript to link to other pages, but the linked pages its opened
inside this frame, but I want open the link in a full page. I know do it
this if I have a simple link with this code

(<A HREF="lindex_lt.html" TARGET="_top">) 

and with the TARGET="_top" I can go to full page, but in a menucontext
javascript I have this code 

(menu.addSubItem("licensesid", "Inicio", "", � � �"../link_lt.html"); 

How Can I do in the menucontext open the page link_lt.html in a full
page and not inside a frame?
