Yes, I was a big Sage fan back then.  What was most impressive, though, is
that a couple of manufacturers made processors which directly executed
the P-Code, courtesy of some fancy bitslice technology and a whole whacking
load of microcode.  This is rather like the new "Internet PC" that they
are talking about being used to run Java exclusively.

    looking alike.  What good is a computer if you can't change the
    instruction set anyway?)
