I want to customize JavaHelp to my own look. Hence, I must gain control over the HelpUI. I have created a class very similar to BasicHelpUI. My class (myHelpUI inherits has the same inheritance as BasicHelpUI. I wanted myHelpUI to inherit directly from BasicHelpUI, but I cant get it to work.) I try to set JavaHelp to use my HelpUI by calling JHelp.setHelpUI(myHelpUI). **** helpui = new myHelpUI(jhelp); jhelp.setUI(helpui); <-- program locks at this point **** The problem is that I can't get it to work. The program locks when I call the method in my implementation of HelpBroker (myHelpBroker) I should say that Im at this point just trying to modify the looks of the idedemo, which comes with the JavaHelp package.... Is this the right way to do it? Why doesn't it work?? Please send me directly a copy of your reply, Peter.olsson@id.sigma.se
