Hi Folks, Just starting to fart around with ASP/Scripting. Recently realized that there are certain things that can't be done with server-side VBScript and client-side VBScript only works for IE on a Windows box (not very protable). I was wondering why all the code examples I've seen have Javascript and VBScript mixed in them. My question is: Can I completely forget about VBScript and write everything in Javascript (client and server side)? I already know that server-side Javascript works on my server, but I can't find any examples for database connections, running SQL querys, etc... Am I stuck learning two languages or are there some good examples somewhere and I'm just not finding them? thx j- -- Jack Kelly Dobson "Everything I say is factual, Aggressive Media unless, of course, I'm wrong, jdobson@mailbag.com or lying."
