Hi,
I found a site the other day with some very cool scroll bars.

i want to be able to make some scroll bars like the ones in the middle of
the screen. i have found lots of the versions without the middle bit of the
scroll bars but non like this.

i know i can download the site and use the ones off this, but i want to
understand how it all works so. so if anyone thinks they can help me i would
be greatfull.
