Windows 3.0 does not seem to like mswlogo version 1.2 I'll be putting 3.0
up on my system to find the problem ASAP. Version 1.0 does work (and maybe
1.1) (even though help does not, you can steal logo.hlp from 1.2 to patch it)
or wait for version 1.3.

pencolor (R 8bit G 8bit B 8bit) and (24 bit) getpen (are incompatible).

"Smooth" scrolling is just too slow, will switch to "jump" scrolling.

pencolor color is mixed up (it should be RGB and I think it's running RBG).
