Ada syntax poster

I posted this recently to comp.lang.ada without results,
so I thought I'd try here.

I recall seeing the availability of a wall poster with Ada syntax
diagrams on it.  These diagrams are the "rail-road" syntax
diagrams, similar to Wirth's Pascal diagrams.

Is this poster available, and if so, from whom and for how much?
