We have recently learned that the mail address "hermes@ibm.com", which we set up to receive mail concerning the Hermes language and system, has not been working for some time. We apologize to all those who have attempted to send mail to this address and had their messages bounced. We are currently tracking down the problem and will hopefully have a resolution shortly. In the meantime, please send general hermes-related mail to "hermes-request@ibm.com". Andy Lowry, lowry@ibm.com, (914) 784-7925 IBM Research, 30 Saw Mill River Road, P.O. Box 704, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598
