It's supposed to be similar to COBOL (ugh). I cannot find out *anything* about this language. I had a look at it once. It was part of a (probably) public domain database called ADABAS, written in COBOL. The language itself was a VERY verbose query language, but I can't say anything about its expressive power, although I wouldn't expect much from it. Disclaimer: take these opinions with a large grain of salt.
