RFD: comp.lang.meta-advocacy: a mud pit for those who
{believe/do not believe} that language wars illuminate/
entertain/produce/... Typical discussion questions will
include:
1. When ML people implement SGML processors,
how many virgins must be sacrificed?
2. Is LISP just a dialect of FORTH?
3. Is it obligatory to rot13 SNOBOL puns?

No, wait; let's argue about whether it's permitted to
issue edicts about who gets to decide where to promul-
gate rules about who says which lang...

My vote: I like passionate intelligence. I've learned
plenty about Sather and Perl and J and ... from
comp.lang.misc. Follow-ups trimmed.
