Where can I find info about a language called "M"? I've checked Bill Kinnersley's list, and found nothing. Many thanks ... Steve Sullivan sullivan@csn.org

"M" is an "official" alternate name for ANSI Mumps. If you're looking for information about an implementation under Unix, please let me know. If you want information for other platforms, try contacting the Mumps Users' Group in Silver Spring, MD. -- Harlan Stenn +1(314)230-8847

As a result, it exposes very close similarities to C. It was formerly commercially distributed by Silicon Compiler Systems, which has been bought by Mentor Graphics. Mentor Graphics still supports this language in a package called GDT. Volker Hamann -- | /| ! Volker Hamann ! Email: volker@vlsivie.tuwien.ac.at | / | ! Department for VLSI Design !
