I own a copy of simula for OS/2, which I got directly from Simula a.s.

Simula a.s.
Postboks 4403 - Torshov
N- 0402 OSLO 4
Norway

Tel (+472) 15 67 10
Fax (+472) 15 60 51

I got a letter from them about a possible upgrade to 108.4.4 of
PC Simula in 16.november 1990 (my own copy is older).

That letter lists three different versions:

DOS,
OS/2 and Xenix/386 and
UNIX/386.

Hope this helps.
