This happens to be a great way for those of us who can't find back issues of magazines, to get the information presented. And excuse me if in my quest for information, I don't run out and buy every book published which relates to the subject at hand. You know, I often use a resource called a 'library' (a collection of books, normally located in a publically accessible building). The author certainly doesn't see any revenue from my reading his or her book when I do this. To everyone besides Mark, Excuse my sarcasm... I know it's inappropriate. But I asked a serious question and this person's response was not very helpful at all - and it happened to upset me a bit.
