How do you use Exceptions?

	How does one utilize the Exceptions module?

	I was going to post this question to the GPM mailing list, but the
GPM Library Reference manual indicated that the Exceptions module is a
proposed ISO standard module ... so I figured that this is more of a general
Modula-2 question rather than a GPM specific one.
