The utilities are in UNIT(s) and DLL form and were created using BORLAND
PASCAL. The utilites are divided into String and File facilites, as well
as the normal PASCAL-type string and the null-terminated string
facilites. Each include a Windows V3 HELP file.

Some of the string facilities include LEFT, RIGHT, INCLUDE, BEFORE,
AFTER, SUBWORD, WORD, STRIP, REPLACE, etc. Some of the file facilities
include SORT (a binary tree type sort which can eliminate ALL duplicates
and can have multiple keys), DES (Data Encryption Standard), CIPHER (XOR
based cipher with a maximum password lenght of 128 characters), XREF
(cross reference facility), etc.

An example of the above string library usefulness can be seen on the
"SAMPLE WITH ROUTINES AND VICE-VERSA". The example uses the basic
routines as the foundation to create more routines. The example contains
actual source code before and after utilising the routines.
