Programming the soundblaster

Anyone know how to program the SB in pascal.

I need routines to capture data from a microphone sample it. Make
it 180 degrees out of phase and then play it back through the
sound card. This experiment is for active noise control so any
information would be gratefully received.

Thanks, Aaron.
