Hi

Does anyone have a program that can convert any sort of picture format (eg.
bmp) to Pascal format?

YES
I have source code to load PCX files.

I don't know how far you are with these graphics stuff.
But anyway:
It's in my grapihcs unit! U can download it at.
homes.arealcity.com/heinrichshomepage/
