Hello,

since I have been asked by many people to notify them of new releases,
I am pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 3.1 of
the Delphi 3 File Loader Expert.

File Loader Expert 3.1 is Freeware and can be downloaded now from 

   http://kakadu.rz.uni-passau.de/~w4hoff01/priv/floader.zip

The archive has also been sent to the Delphi Super Page at
http://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/~robert/delphi/ where it should show up
shortly. It is expected that it will propagate to the DSP's mirrors in
a few days and that it will pop up on Torry's Delphi Pages 
(http://194.85.9.56/) after that.

Version 3.1 of the expert fixes two embarrasing, though non-fatal,
problems where an access to an empty string would raise an access
violation.

In order for this not to become a bugfix-only release I added these
features:

  3.1:   - Added "Load on highlighted text" feature. 

           If a block of text is highlighted in the IDE,
           the expert will try to load a file with the 
           name as specified by the highlighted text.

           This will allow you to be more specific in which
           files to load, e.g. "unit1.pas.backup"

         - You can specify the alias %PROJECTDIR% as part of the
           Custom Search path now. This will search the directory
           of the currently loaded project.

           Simply add %PROJECTDIR% - and only this exact phrase.

           Effectively this emulates the hotkey Ctrl+Enter
           which is available natively.

         - Added auto-complete feature to the Load File dialog

         - Added "Remove" button to Load File dialog which 
           will remove a file including its cached folder 
           from the history list

         - Added version check: only install ourselves into
           Delphi _3_ (assuming that there will be a Delphi 4)


As usual positive and negative feedback is encouraged, suggestions for
improvements are happily taken.
