I would like to be able to send "update <tablename> set..." as well as "alter procedure... " statements to the engine. I would like to find a way that is not specifically for one SQL server, if possible... I believe it's possible for Delphi to do it, since i've heard that the SQL explorer is written in Delphi (but i don't know if that's true or not) Please help me find a generic way to communicate DSQL statements to an SQL engine, but if it MUST be specific to Interbase, i would like to know that as well. Thanks in advance! Paul
