I'm having problems changing the 'Vendor Init' Parameter of BDE's ORACLE
driver. I'm using the correct BDE API procedures, but they constantly
refuse to recognize the existence of this parameter. It might be that it
doesn't appear in IDAPI32.CFG, but that raises some other question
marks...

Any Ideas ?
