If you don't want to use the upper command each and every time then perhaps
you could change the default sort order on your SQL server - this is done
thorugh the SQL setup icon ... chage it to something like - "case
insensitive" Then searching for apple will return all possible case
combinations eg. Apple, APPLE, ApPlE etc.
