I've got to run a CGI program on my providers server. I gave them a
deployment of the BDE that I also installed on my test NT server. I then
ran this program that opens a dBASE file in read only mode and displays
it in HTML format.

On my server using FAT on shared partition C: (where BDE resides) and
NTFS on D: (where \InetPub directory and dBASE file reside) everything
works.

My provider has given the \InetPub directory and subdirectories on the
D: partition fullaccess to IUSR (the username of the IIS). My provider
has given the C: partition access to Admins only.

Does the C: partition need other access permissions to for programs
running under the permissions of the IUSR to use the BDE?

The URL above returns error code $2B05 = Permission denied.
