TTable and quoted fieldnames in SQL

I am using a TTable to connect to a MSSQL-table.

Sometimes Delphi generates SQL with quotes around fieldnames and
sometimes not when openeing the table.

E.g.

select ID, NAME from TABLE1
select "ID", "NAME" from "TABLE1"

I am using BDE, and as some of MSSQL-fieldnames are reserved words,
and i therefor always needs to use quotes. The reason the reserved
words are used, is that the applicaiton was ported from Sybase.
