Hi, I'm looking for a in memory TDataset descendent table that doesn't require the BDE. Does anybody have any links? Greetings, Craig Manley.

<<I'm looking for a in memory TDataset descendent table that doesn't require the BDE. Does anybody have any links? >> Our thin client technology ASTA has such a creature. Check out www.astatech.com where you can download an evaluation. Our TAstaDataSet can load 20,000 records in < 1 second, has master detail support, full null support, calc fields, filters and can sort on one or multiple columns (available in our new build coming this week). It can also stream itself including blobs/memos which means you can have a DataSet of DataSets. Steve Garland sgarland@astatech.com ASTA: 3-Tier & Thin Client Tools for Delphi ASTA Technology Group http://www.astatech.com Delphi Client/Server NOT required. Non BDE backends welcome!
