AVI as well as DirectShow Will Allow Mulitple Simultanious viewing and
captures
of frames.
 the 4 ports should show in the list of devices as for different devices.

 the AVI capture system simplys creates a capture window for the
device.
  you need to create a window for each device ..
look for the TAViCap control.
 you should be able to run 4 instances with each one using a different
device
in the list.
